Yes She Can was launched on International Women’s Day 2015 with the aim to empower women to develop healthy lifestyle habits.
The goal of this project is to promote wellness in women with three main focus areas. Physical Activity, Healthy Eating Choices, Self Appreciation or Self Care. It seeks to help women to appreciate that they have the power to make choices that will positively affect their lives and influence those around them.

We pride ourselves on creating events that focus on educating and empowering women to reach and maintain their optimum health.
Whether it's a CONFERENCE where our "tribe" will experience a series of dialogue from an expert to better understand their bodies and their health; a WORKSHOP for learning about self-care techniques or gathering our "tribe" to partake in Triathlons and Dragon Boat racing; our events provide access to wonderful experiences, resources and tools that will motivate you to become your "best self."
